Country Gardens - country hospitality

Country Gardens, Country Hospitality is a celebration of the spirit and strength of Australian country people: their history, their gardens and of country hospitality.

Twenty seven gardens appear in the book, along with evocative photographs of the gardens, and of the Australian landscapes that Holly loves. The book also includes the recipes from meals shared with garden owners: much loved recipes handed down through generations.
